I obviously love all the food I make but these Chilli and Lime Prawns are so yummy I think I could happily eat them every week for the rest of my life! Plus the chilli and lime dressing is so easy and quick to make. Gluten free, dairy free and only four ingredients.
With it being so cold recently I’ve been making a lot of stews and soups, which is fairly standard for winter time. However it’s nice to also have something that tastes so fresh and pleasing, which is exactly what these chilli and lime prawns do. I usually make the marinade and let the prawns sit in it for wee bit to so they soak up the full flavour, then I just throw them in a stir fry.
Serving wise, I often have them with some brown rice which is lower in carbs than white rice. They’re also great on their own for lunch or in a salad or pasta.
It’s so nice to have something that’s so quick to make and so tasty, these chilli and lime prawns are now definitely one of my go to recipes for when I need something super duper quick to make when I get in the house. 10 mins and your dinner is ready! What’s better?! Plus I know I’m going to love it.
